Oge Funlola Modie is a multidisciplinary leader with a proven track record across Nigeria’s public, private, and social sectors. With expertise spanning finance, public policy, strategic communications, media, design and opinion research, she is recognized for driving organizational transformation, shaping national policy, and delivering data-driven insights that influence high-stakes business and government decisions. Her career is defined by strategic clarity, execution strength, and commitment to system-level impact.
She has held senior roles at leading financial institutions, including Agusto & Co. and Heirs Alliance, now Heirs Holdings, and made history as the first female Managing Director/CEO of NOIPolls. Her public sector service includes serving as Chief of Staff at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources, as well as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Strategic Communications. She currently sits on the boards of Sahel Agriculture and Pragmatic Palms Ltd, lending her expertise to the advancement of sustainable development.
